Ingredients:
For the Panna Cotta:
450 g of fresh cream
350 g of milk
80 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa powder
130 g of dark chocolate
10g agar powder (agar agar)
For the Chocolate Ganache:
100 g of dark chocolate
50 g of fresh cream
2 g gelatine (or you can use another stabilizer such as agar agar if you prefer)
Instruments:
Pot
Whip
Panna cotta molds or glasses
Mixing bowl
Refrigerator
Method:
Preparation of Panna Cotta:
In a saucepan, combine the fresh cream, milk and sugar and heat over medium-low heat until just starting to warm, but do not bring to a boil.
