Most of our readers consume lemons weekly, and surely there are those who buy them and then forget about them, and after a week they dry up completely and we can no longer use them.
There are many people who store lemons outside at room temperature, display them in fruit bowls, because they are beautiful and even fill the air with a fresh lemon scent. This may be true, but if we want these yellow Southern fruits, rich in vitamin C, to stay fresh, we should put them in the refrigerator instead.
