  • Use table salt to thoroughly clean the oven

It is quite possible  clean your oven effortlessly  using an accessible and natural ingredient: table salt. To start, sprinkle a sufficient amount of this ingredient on the dirty spots of the oven. Then turn on the oven at a temperature of 180°C. The heat will thus brown the small particles of salt which will dissolve the dirt.  After about thirty minutes, turn off the oven and then open it, protecting yourself from the steam that comes out. Leave to cool then, using a cloth moistened with water, clean the inside of the oven to remove burnt residue and other food dirt.

  • Choose the bowl method to clean your oven

If you’re looking for an easy way to clean your oven, there’s nothing like the bowl method. All you need is a squeeze of lemon and a small container that can withstand the heat. Then squeeze the juice from four lemons and place in the oven at a temperature of 250°C.  Let the juice boil for about thirty minutes. After this time, remove the dish from the oven and clean the internal walls with a damp cloth. Lemon is an excellent cleaner and disinfectant. At the same time it eliminates all bad odors from the oven.

Don’t forget to clean the other components of the oven!

For flawless results, do not neglect the other components of the oven such as the grill or the main window when cleaning. To do this, simply mix yeast with water to form a dough. Like baking soda, this white powder is ideal for degreasing and cleaning oven racks.  After applying the product, you can spray some vinegar to complete the cleaning. Similarly, glass can also be cleaned with the previous solution. Simply let the product rest for ten minutes before rinsing with running water.

To maintain its performance, the oven must be cleaned after each cooking. To do this, regularly pass a cloth soaked in a solution of warm water and dishwashing liquid over the surfaces to be cleaned. Periodically, depending on the frequency of use of the oven, a deep cleaning can be carried out using the aforementioned methods.
