– White vinegar and lemon
These two natural disinfectants form an ingenious duo since the acidity they contain will quickly eliminate lime stains, leaving a delicate lemony mist. Mix 125 ml of white vinegar and lemon juice. Rub stains with a sponge and rinse with water.
– White vinegar and baking soda
This is a powerful mixture that will make quick work of invading scale embedded in the various surfaces of the bathroom. Mix 1 cup of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of baking soda. Pour the solution on the lime stains and leave it to act for 30 minutes. Rub carefully. For optimal effect, wait another 15 minutes and rub again before rinsing. The surfaces will be shiny!
– Water, white vinegar and borax
Borax is a well-known multipurpose product for cleaning various surfaces and household items. You can easily find it in pharmacies. Combined with vinegar, it will give the bathroom more shine. First pour the vinegar over the peeling areas and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then scrub with a brush and add the borax. Leave for another 15 minutes and pour a liter of hot water.
– Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide
Simply mix the two ingredients (approximately 100 g of baking soda and 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide) to form a very effective paste to apply to stains. Rub gently and wait 20 minutes before rinsing with water.
– Baking soda, lemon and vinegar
We finish with this remarkable trio that will eradicate all traces of tartar and lime: mix all the ingredients (half a glass of baking soda, the same amount of lemon juice and another half of vinegar). Pour hot water into the bottom of the toilet bowl and apply the mixture to the walls with gloves. Leave it on for 2 hours (even overnight), scrub with a brush and then rinse with water.
