Mushroom meatballs: the easy recipe for a tasty dish

Directions:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into cubes.
  2. Cook them in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  3. Chop them finely with carrots and potatoes.
  4. Add the egg, paprika, salt, pepper, chopped fresh parsley, chopped garlic and flour.
  5. Mix with your hands to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Form meatballs with your hands.
  7. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
