After 1 or 2 weeks, you should see small sprouts starting to emerge. Remove the plastic wrap and move the container to a location with more sunlight.
Remember to water your planting from time to time to prevent the soil from drying out, but be careful not to wet it too much. Prune dead leaves if necessary and make sure your pot is exposed to light for at least eight hours a day. Add organic fertilizer every 6 months to 1 year.
However, you will have to be patient because it takes up to three years for a lemon tree to produce a sufficient amount of lemons.
