8. Fold in Greek yogurt or sour cream until smooth. Add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.

9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

10. Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
