Preparation:
In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and mix,
then add 200 g of melted butter
, finally add 1 tablespoon of yeast and 250 g of flour.
Pour 1/3 of the preparation into a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and mix. Cook
the three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180° (mold of the same size)
Then make the ganache by mixing 150 g of chopped chocolate with the cream hot.
Then spread the first cake with a layer of ganache, place the second slice of chocolate cake on top and repeat the operation, finishing with the third slice. Leave to
rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Prepare the icing by gradually mixing the water with the sugar. icing (very little water!! drop by drop) then distribute it on the surface of the cake
Sprinkle with the chocolate vermicelli and let them fry and then enjoy them!!
