Preparation:
1. Place the butter in a pan over medium heat and let it melt. Add the brown sugar and mix the ingredients for 2 minutes on the heat.
2. Grease a baking tray and pour in the brown sugar.
3. Place the pineapple slices and cherries in syrup on the mixture.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, white sugar, baking powder, oil, condensed milk and 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Then add the eggs and mix everything well.
5. In the previously prepared mold, place the dough. Preheat oven to 350ºF and bake for 40 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
7. Then unmold the cake and add the cherries in syrup
