YOU NEED:
-5 tablespoons of white rice;
-stagnant water.
PROCEDURE:
1.Put the rice in a small bowl.
2.Pour stagnant water (at room temperature) over it. The water level in the bowl should be 5 to 6 cm.
3. Wash the rice with water with your hands, as if you were preparing it for cooking.
