Also, the deficiency of micro- and macroelements can cause the fruits to rot. Shrubs need calcium, iodine and boron to develop properly. To supplement your calcium needs, use calcium nitrate. Dissolve a teaspoon of this powder in 10 liters of water, then fertilize the bushes with the obtained solution: either foliar or root (1 liter at the base of each bush, on moist soil), in the evenings. Foliar fertilization gives faster results and is more economical.
To supplement the boron requirement, use boric acid: 2 g (approximately one teaspoon) per 10 liters of water. Fertilization can be carried out by roots or leaves, proceeding exactly as for fertilizing with calcium nitrate.
To fertilize with iodine, which can also be root or foliar (proceed the same way), dissolve 30-35 drops of iodine tincture in 10 liters of water.
In addition to all this, try to choose fruitful and self-pollinating zucchini varieties for cultivation (their development is not influenced as much by weather conditions.
