Baked BBQ Back Ribs

Ingredients:

2 racks of ribs

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup water

Aluminum foil

Instructions:
Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).

Remove the membrane:

Flip the ribs bone-side down. Use a knife or your fingers to lift and loosen the membrane of one of the middle bones. Once loosened, grasp the membrane with a paper towel and remove it.
