Savory courgette cake: ingredients and preparation.
Making this light and healthy dish is very easy and is perfect when I want to eat without weighing down my stomach. It takes me a few minutes to bring it to the table and in the end I enjoy an exceptional dish together with my family.
In the end I bring a cake to the table to divide into 6 portions of 240 calories .
As ingredients I use:
1 small onion
Oregano as required
3 large eggs
Sweet paprika and strong paprika as needed
2 courgettes weighing approximately 600 grams
Salt just enough
Olive oil as needed
40 g of grated parmesan
30 g of breadcrumbs
Pepper as needed
As a filling I use 100 grams of Gouda cheese which I can replace with mozzarella or provola .
Obviously I also use some extra breadcrumbs and parmesan to put in the mold .
All that remains is to begin.
