ICE CREAM WITH THREE FLAVOURS

Ingredients:
400 grams condensed milk
700 ml pastry cream
200 grams raspberries
75 gr melting chocolate
1 dash orange juice
2 level tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
extract Preparation:
1. The first thing we're going to do is prepare the raspberry coulis to give a good taste to the ice cream, and these are homemade. Put a casserole dish on the stove with the sugar, raspberries and a dash of orange juice. Cook for a few minutes and grind, then strain through a sieve to make it as fine as possible, and set aside in the fridge.
