A Tip for Removing Limescale from the Bottom of the Toilet Without Too Much Effort

  1. Remove the water from the bowl using your brush (use it like a suction cup so that the water drains away). Pour the equivalent of 1/4 liter of soda crystals or bicarbonate or white vinegar directly into your toilet. Leave it on for at least one night.
  2. Once done, vigorously scrub the bottom of your toilet bowl with your brush to remove all the deposits. If your toilet is not completely clean, you can repeat step 1, this time adding 1/2 liter of the product of your choice.
  3. Flush the toilet to remove the last deposits.

Good to know: For greater efficiency, you can place paper towels soaked in white vinegar on the internal walls of your toilet bowl.

Combining white vinegar (for the walls) with soda crystals (for the bottom of the bowl) will greatly improve the effectiveness of your descaling.
