Why do you have to mix flour with white vinegar?

Known for its performance, the rice flour-based glue is widely used for binding and lace assembly as well as luxury cardboard. To prepare it at home, you only need the following ingredients:

• 200g rice flour
• ⅓ liters of water

To obtain a uniform dough, you must first cook the rice flour in a pot of water, respecting the quantities indicated.   The heat of cooking causes  the preparation    to become lighter and thicker,    creating a    thicker liquid.   If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add water. Then filter the water to get rice gluten. Place in the refrigerator in a special pot.
