Verrine of shrimp, salmon and fresh cheese

Far from being a has-been, the aperitif or sweet verrine always has its effect, from aperitif to dessert. We play on the juxtaposition of flavors (and colors) in this recipe for Verrines of smoked salmon and shrimp with fresh cheese, to be enjoyed with a teaspoon. We keep it in the fridge until ready to serve and customize it with seeds and aromatic herbs to give it even more pep.

Ingredients :

– 16 pink shrimp, cooked and peeled
– 1 lime
– 1 clove of garlic
– 150 g of fresh square type cream cheese
- 1 C. tbsp fresh chives
– 70 g of liquid cream
– 2 slices of smoked salmon
– 2 lawyers
– 4 drops of Tabasco
- salt pepper
