Verrine of shrimp, salmon and fresh cheese

Step 1
Divide the shrimp into the glasses. Peel the garlic and put it in the food processor bowl then chop for 3 seconds on speed 5.

2nd step
Scrape the sides of the bowl using the spatula. Chop again for 3 seconds on speed 5.

Step 3
Add the cream cheese, chives, liquid cream, salt and pepper then mix for 5 seconds on speed 3.

Step 4
Coat the shrimp with this preparation, then add diced smoked salmon.

Step 5
Put the flesh of the avocados, the lime juice and the Tabasco in the food processor bowl then mix for 5 seconds on speed 5.

Step 6
Top the smoked salmon with this avocado cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips:

You can decorate your verrines by placing shrimp on top, sprinkling with chopped chives, or even lime zest.
