COOKING PROCESS:
In the bottom of the jar I put a horseradish leaf, finely chopped horseradish root, peppercorns, dill umbrellas, lay out vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, garlic and put parsley, currant leaves, basil sprigs.
I pour boiling water over it for 30 minutes, then drain it and make a brine. I pour boiling brine over it, add vinegar and roll it up.
I’m wrapping it up.
Stand until it cools down.
