An Armenian friend treated me to cutlets made from chicken hearts. I haven’t eaten such delicious cutlets for a long time

Stir until smooth. Set it aside for half an hour. During this time, the bread absorbed excess moisture and the minced meat became denser. I formed all the cutlets at once.

Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Rolled the cutlets in breadcrumbs. Fry on both sides until golden brown over medium heat, covering with a lid.

Placed the cutlets in a deep bowl and covered with a lid. The result was soft, juicy cutlets with an unusual taste. Everyone at home was satisfied and, like me, they couldn’t guess what kind of meat they were made from.

Ingredients: 500 gr. chicken hearts, Borodino bread (you can use any dark bread, but I like this one), egg, onion, garlic, salt, ground black pepper. For frying: breadcrumbs and vegetable oil.

Dinner is served! Bon appetit!
