Come and prepare the green croccanti al forno?
Toss the picciolo all the melanzane and tagliarle a quadratini non troppo piccoli. Transfer it into a scolapasta and save it with a po’ di sale grosso. Copre and lasciare riposare for approximately 30 minutes.
