Nowadays people have no idea what it is, but do you remember?

Technology seems to make our lives easier minute by minute, making the tricks of the past increasingly obsolete. Everything changes.

This leaves some "technologies" of the past as a vague memory, with future generations completely unable to guess what some of those things we once cherished were. These little “tokens” are a typical example.

But do you know what they were used for?
In fact, these are “grommets”, which were a staple in every home.

Do you remember when little girls learned to sew? These little objects were very useful to help thread the thread through the eye of the needle.

Every sewing kit had one, alongside a needle, measuring tape, scissors, pins and a pin holder.

I remember my mother teaching me how to use them, although I can't say I was particularly effective with them. And you ?
