Step 1
Cook the potatoes whole with the skin in steam (here at Cookéo) or in water then dry them well.
2nd step
Open the potatoes in half horizontally then remove the flesh (keep the half potatoes). Pour it into a small container then add the ham and raclette cheese cut into small pieces. Lightly pepper then mix.
Step: 3
Pour this puree into the potato halves then sprinkle with parsley.
Step: 4
Cook for around 20 minutes at 180°C then serve with a good green salad (1/2 tsp of oil for a Boost version).
