The cookie cake without cooking is an easy and delicious recipe. It consists of layers of biscuits soaked in a creamy mixture. The biscuits are soaked in coffee, flavoured milk or a sweet syrup to make them tender. Between the layers of biscuits, a cream or a creamy mixture based on mascarpone, cream cheese or whipped cream is spread. Fresh fruit, chocolate chips or nuts may be added for more flavor. After a few hours of refrigeration, the cake is ready to be tasted: one dessert melting and crunchy at a time.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g of sugar
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 20 g flour
- 20 g maize starch
