- In a small saucepan, mix the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add the milk little by little.
- Carry over the fire and heat the mixture, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
- Add the butter cut into pieces and melt.
- Place the biscuits in a baking dish in a compact layer and cover them with cream. Do other layers in the same way.
- Melt the finely chopped chocolate in the hot cream.
- Add the peanuts.
- Use this mixture to coat the cake.
- Allow to firm in the refrigerator before serving.
