The secrets of laundry maintenance: how to get super soft towels at home

Did you know that it is possible to easily obtain ultra-soft towels at home, as in professional laundries? Often, hand- or machine-washed towels cannot reach the desired softness. The use of a dryer can be a solution, but not everyone has access to it or does not want to bear the associated costs and energy consumption. So how do you get soft, soft towels at home if the dryer is not an option?

The solution is simpler than you think: replace the softener with white vinegar. This amazing home remedy, which is often found in our kitchens, can, with a little laundry, give your towel an unexpected softness. The acetic acid in white vinegar may remove excess detergent and deposits in the fibers of the fabric, which may affect the absorption capacity of the towels.

And even if vinegar is effective, it doesn’t have a very pleasant smell. This is where essential oils can help. By adding a few drops of essential oil to the white vinegar diluted in the washing drum, you can give your laundry a pleasant fragrance.
