In our interiors, electrical appliances of all kinds are multiplying, making our lives ever easier. However, the number of catches in a dwelling is not unlimited. In this case, resorting to a multi-plug can save us the stake, because it makes it possible to plug several devices at once or to serve as an electric extension when necessary. However, this practical and economical tool presents some dangers and may in particular be incompatible with certain household appliances which consume too much energy. What are the dangers of multi-take?
When purchasing, it is very important to consult the maximum watt (W) power that the product can support. Then you have to compare that maximum power to the power of each device that you intend to plug in. If your appliances are too powerful and energy-intensive, it can be overheated and its electrical voltage increases dangerously. This can then damage your appliances, cause a power outage or even start a fire.

It should be remembered that no less than 30% of fires have an electrical origin, and multi-shots are unfortunately not foreign. This is because, even if it is supposedly a fire-resistant guarantee or has a switch, your hands may catch fire under inadequate conditions of use, especially if it is dilapidated. In addition, these objects are often arranged in a slightly ventilated and not very visible area (therefore difficult to monitor) or near curtains, which increases the risk of fire.
