For the cocktail of shrimps:
500 grams of large cooked and hulled shrimps
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup fresh, chopped coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Iceberg or Roman lettuce for use (optional)
For pink sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (ketchup)
1 tablespoon of horseradish sauce (optional, for a spicy touch)
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
