Ingredients:

Cloves (whole or ground)
Apple (fresh or in the form of applesauce or apple cider vinegar)

Instructions:

Cloves Preparation: If using whole cloves, crush or grind them to release their aromatic oils. Alternatively, you can use ground cloves for convenience.
Apple Preparation: Prepare the apple according to your preference. You can eat it fresh, or incorporate it into your diet in the form of applesauce or diluted apple cider vinegar.
Consumption: Consume cloves and apple together as a part of your daily diet. You can sprinkle ground cloves onto sliced apples or mix them into applesauce. Alternatively, you can dilute apple cider vinegar in water and drink it as a tonic.
