French dessert prepared with only 1 cup of milk and 2 apples

Peel and cut the apples into cubes or thin slices according to your preference. Put them aside for now.
In a non-stick frying pan, cook the apples with a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon until they are tender and release their juice. Crushing the apples with a fork to create a thick, aromatic sauce.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the eggs until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Add the oil and milk, continue to mix until the dough is smooth and lump-free.
Add the apple sauce to the dough by gently mixing so that the ingredients are well mixed. Combining sweet apples with the dough will create a rich and tasty base for your dessert.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered mould and place in 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes or until the surface is golden and the dessert is cooked in the centre. Check the cooking by inserting a toothpair: if it comes out clean, the dessert is ready.
Once cooled, cut the dessert into portions and serve. It can be decorated with more strawberries, a slight pinch of cinnamon or icing sugar for a finishing touch of elegance.
