Ingredients:
1 kg beef (any hard cut is suitable)
400 g onions
100-120 g butter
50 ml water
3 garlic cloves
11-2 to 2 teaspoons of salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Cry out the onions and garlic poets.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
Add the beef to the saucepan and season with salt, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Pour in the water.
Cover the saucepan and cook over medium heat for 60 to 90 minutes or until the meat is tender and melting.
