To prepare, cut the pickled and fresh cucumber into thin slices, cut the sausage in the same way. Grind the carrots on a coarse rasp and the cucumber can be grated and pressed to remove excess moisture.

Place the ingredients on a plate: pickled and fresh cucumbers, canned peas and corn, carrots and sausages. Season the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream to taste and mix well.
