How to make Genoese with 2 ingredients, a very simple recipe.

1- In a bowl, we put the flour with the thick cream (and salt or sugar) and mix well for a few minutes.

2- When a paste is formed, pour the entire contents of the bowl onto the work surface and start kneading for about 3 minutes.

Then, the dough is put back into the bowl, it is covered and left in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

4- Over time, the dough is stretched until it reaches a thickness of 0.5 cm. With a circular punch (some bazaars are found or you can also do it with a glass or a bottle), we cut the biscuits and leave them in an oven dish that has previously greased with oil or butter.

5- We send the dish to the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Cooking time generally varies for various reasons, but once both sides are golden, they are ready.
