How to Use Aluminum Foil and Salt on Silver Jewelry

Especially after summer and after exposure  to salt and sun,  silver bracelets, rings and necklaces blacken. It is always a shame because beyond the economic value,  they can have a  personal, emotional value, so leaving them aside because they are ruined is not acceptable.

This is what you should do, just add 1 tablespoon of baking soda, plenty of it, two of coarse salt and one of hot water.  Then you obviously need aluminum foil  . Take a container and cover it with aluminum, pour hot water into it and then add baking soda and salt.

Mix everything very carefully until the baking soda and salt have completely dissolved.  Then the jewelry to be cleaned is poured  . They have to be completely submerged for the trick to work.
