To put this trick into practice you need baking soda and vinegar. Mix 20 grams of baking soda in a liter of hot water, then pour this solution into a basin filled with warm water. Immerse the head in the basin and stretch it little by little.
Keep the garment in the basin for about 1 hour, then rinse it in another basin with a liter of water at room temperature and 250 ml of white vinegar. Dry the garment on a surface and without wringing it.

To recover your clothes with this trick, pour 125 ml of white vinegar and 50 ml of hair mask into a container full of hot water. The garment must be completely immersed in the solution. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
Next, lightly stretch all areas of the garment, then soak it in the solution again for 1 hour and wash it in cold.
