Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Take about one tablespoon of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball, then place it on top of a mushroom cap.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle them with mozzarella cheese.
- Return the mushrooms to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meatball-stuffed mushrooms!
