Here’s the best way to get rid of black spots

If I had been told five years earlier that sodium bicarbonate could be used for something other than cooking (and to clean the money) it would have left me, so to speak, bewildered.

Let’s go back in 2011:

On blogs, I often read articles from people who dropped classic shampoos in favor of bicarbonate soda – a method called “no-pooing.” Everyone was talking about only that, so I decided to try the method myself. And lo and behold, it worked.

So today, we don’t have any bottles of shampoo at home.

Back in 2012:

Wash my hair with sodium bicarbonate made it healthier and stronger. During my weekly rituals in the bathroom, some ideas crossed my mind. What was sodium bicarbonate worth as a facial scrub and black spot scrubbing?

If sodium bicarbonate is good for the scalp, it should be good for facial skin, right?

At the age of 30, it would seem that I still have not passed puberty on some days of the month. The hassle of an oily skin is rather humiliating.
