Complete 3-day detox that will cleanse your body of sugar and help you lose weight

Lunch: Chicken breast and a portion of butternut squash, turnips, carrots, parsnips, beets and beans (lightly cooked) and coconut oil

Dinner: Green beans and fish, or salmon, mushrooms and broccoli

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 serving of fresh fruit except banana, seeds and almonds or spinach with three soft-boiled eggs.

Snack: Small bowl of nuts

Lunch: Zucchini with red and yellow peppers with lemon, thyme and vinegar vinaigrette, or a salad of shredded red or green cabbage and carrots, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and parsley chopped

Dinner: Steamed bean and vegetable soup, or Chinese cabbage with cod, turnips and baked Brussels sprouts.

day 3

Breakfast: 1 serving of fresh fruit except banana, seeds and almonds or a salad of fried radish and kale with nuts, shrimp and two soft-boiled eggs.

Snack: Small bowl of nuts

Lunch: Chicken thighs in a casserole with lemon, sage and rosemary or oven roasted chicken with black olives, thyme and onions.

Dinner: Vegetable broth with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, bay leaves, thyme, mushrooms and a drizzle of olive oil or quinoa with basil, mushrooms and tomato paste (you can also add meat)

DRINKS

If you really want to stop using sugar then drinks are very important. If you eliminate drinks full of sugar from the diet, you can easily get rid of sugar addiction. You can have healthy drinks that will make you feel energized and invigorated and will also speed up your metabolism.

Detox water: Cut up some blueberries, grapefruit, oranges or strawberries, as well as fresh mint or rosemary and place the mixture in a jar with filtered water. Leave the detox water in the refrigerator and consume it every day.

Tea and infusions: You can consume green tea or infusions, but make sure it is not sweet. Drink it three times a day, every day.

Coffee: You can drink only one cup of black coffee per day, but it must be unsweetened.
