Chocolate roll with orange jam

Separate the yolks from the whites, distribute the quantity of sugar between the whites and the yolks and add the vanilla to the yolks.
Beat the whites and yolks well.
Add water to the yolks and mix.
Sift the dry ingredients, add them to the yolks and stir, then add the whites in stages, mixing gently.
Place the mixture on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake.
Once cooked, we cover it with a damp towel and let it cool. After cooling, we remove it from the baking paper, drink it with drinks, distribute the filling and wrap it well, then put it in the refrigerator, until it solidifies. When serving, we decorate with lines in chocolate.
