Preparation and Method of Application
Recipe 1: Mosquito Trap
Prepare the mixture : Heat 1 cup of water and dissolve 5 tablespoons of sugar over low heat.
Add the yeast : Once the sugar has dissolved, add 1 tablespoon of yeast and turn off the heat.
Prepare the bottle : Cut the top of a 2-liter plastic bottle and part of the center to make insertion easier.
Assemble the trap : Pour the mixture into the bottle and place the upside-down top inside the bottle, securing it with tape.
Cover and place : Cover the bottle with cardboard or cloth and place it in an area frequented by mosquitoes.
