It is a technique that softens the fat embedded in the oven and hardens with use. To do this you will need:
An oven-safe bowl or container
Water
2 glasses of white vinegar
Start by emptying the oven and removing the racks. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180° for 10 minutes. In a pan, add water and 2 cups of white vinegar and bring to a boil. Turn off the oven, pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the oven. Let the solution act for 30 minutes. The steam resulting from this mixture softens any dirt residue accumulated in the oven.
