Ingredients:

4 loaves (preferably old)
3 eggs
500 ml of milk
200 ml coconut milk
400 grams of condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C so that it warms up. A preheated oven guarantees a perfect result.
Cut the bread into slices. Arrange the slices on a previously greased baking sheet.
In a blender, add the eggs, milk, coconut milk and condensed milk. Add sugar to sweeten the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. This step is key to ensuring the perfect integration of all flavors and textures.

continued on next pagePour the mixture over the bread slices in the tray, making sure that each piece of bread absorbs the delicious mixture. Let it sit for a few minutes so that the bread absorbs the liquid well.
Bake the bread pudding for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
