The aspirator bag
Many vacuum cleaners come with a bag that periodically fills up and needs to be replaced.

When we pick up dirt and dust, some food or items may smell bad and get into the bag.

If you wait until the bag is completely filled, the aspirator will also tend to smell bad. It is therefore advisable to replace the bag before this date so that it is not tested!

Due to the amount of dust and dirt that accumulates in the aspirator bag, the pipes can become clogged over time.

In some cases it can also be broken down and cleaned with eau. You need to dry it completely and put it back on.

If this is not possible, try to remove any dirt spots with a microfiber cloth so that every small particle is captured.

What sodium bicarbonate
One of the easiest and cheapest ways to prevent aspirator smell is to use baking soda.

Due to its cleaning and cleaning properties, this household product is suitable for many purposes for cleaning the house.

It is also an effective anti-odor agent and limits bacterial growth. Therefore, it can be used as a natural agent to deodorize your vacuum cleaner!

It’s simple: sprinkle the soda on the floor and vacuum. It then goes through the pipes and filters and ends up in the bag to avoid bad smells.

With sawdust
Sawdust can absorb moisture and unpleasant odors. Additional refreshment is required to keep the aspirator smelling good.

For example, before vacuuming, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the sawdust: lemon, lavender or even thyme, which has antibacterial properties. 4 to 5 drops of essential oil are enough to eliminate bad odors.

With dried flowers
You can also go for an even more natural method and use sweet-smelling dried flowers.

Lavender flowers are best for soothing and antiseptic properties, but you can also use dried rose petals or inhale mint leaves, which provide a fresh and fragrant note.
