Thanks to a simple bottle of water, the preparation of the dough can be done quickly without even having to use certain usual kitchen utensils.

To make this recipe, you will need a simple plastic bottle and the following few ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or fructose
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt (optional)
To start, open a plastic bottle and, using a funnel, pour in the buckwheat flour evenly. Then add the brown sugar, coconut milk, eggs and finally the sunflower seed oil. Finally, if you wish, add a pinch of salt to slightly enhance the flavor of your preparation. Close the bottle then vigorously shake the mixture of ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous paste is obtained. Using the same bottle, pour the batter directly onto a lightly oiled non-stick pan. Using a spatula, turn the pancakes to cook them on both sides and once the batter is golden, place them on a dedicated plate to serve them with the toppings of your choice.
