Easy lemon cake with crème fraîche recipe

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes very foamy.
  2. Add the oil and cream, then the lemon zest and juice.
  3. Finally incorporate the flour, yeast and almond powder.
  4. Grease a cake mold and pour the dough into it.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 40 minutes, monitor the cooking depending on your oven.
  6. Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
  7. Very simple and quick, so don’t hesitate!
