- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes very foamy.
- Add the oil and cream, then the lemon zest and juice.
- Finally incorporate the flour, yeast and almond powder.
- Grease a cake mold and pour the dough into it.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 40 minutes, monitor the cooking depending on your oven.
- Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
- Very simple and quick, so don’t hesitate!
