Home Made KETO CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  3. Season the cooked beef mixture with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the sugar-free ketchup and yellow mustard to the skillet, stirring until the beef mixture is evenly coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Transfer the seasoned beef mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the beef mixture, covering it completely.
  7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. While the casserole is baking, prepare the toppings by shredding the lettuce, dicing the tomato, and slicing the sugar-free pickles (if using).
  9. Once the casserole is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. To serve, portion out the casserole onto plates or bowls and top each serving with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced sugar-free pickles (if desired). Drizzle with additional sugar-free ketchup and mustard, if desired.
