Fresh or dried sage leaves
Water
Instructions:
Preparation: Boil water in a pot and remove from heat.
Steeping: Add a handful of fresh or dried sage leaves to the hot water.
Cover and Infuse: Cover the pot and let the sage leaves steep for about 10-15 minutes to extract their beneficial compounds.
Strain and Serve: Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy warm. You can add honey or lemon for flavor if desired.
