Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, butter and olive oil.
2. Place the potatoes on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
3. Sprinkle cheese over the potatoes.
4. Wrap the potatoes and cheese in aluminum foil to form an open bag.
5. Place the foil bag containing the potatoes in a 6-quart slow cooker.
6. Place the slow cooker on low heat and cook for 5 hours. Serve immediately.
