  • g of Gar Agar or unromatated gelatin, hydrated in 60 ml of water.
  • 400 ml coconut milk.
  • 120 ml of water.
  • 50 g unsweetened cocoa.

Preparation:

  1. In a small container, we start our incantation. Hydrate the Agar-Agar or the gelatin unflavoured with 60 ml of water. We mix and let the magic of hydration do their work.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the 400 ml of coconut milk and add 120 ml of water. At this point, we add unsweetened and integrate cocoa.
  3. To the previous mixture, add agar-agar or flavorless hydrated gelatin. Mix again to integrate.
  4. We wear the saucepan on medium heat and, with patience and love, we mix until the preparation begins to boil.
  5. We remove the mixture from the fire and pour it into a silicone mold, previously grinded so that it is not difficult to remove it from the mould afterwards. We’re fine arranging the surface.
  6. We put our delicious dessert in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Meanwhile, the magic of freshness will turn our creation into delicious snacks ready to conquer your senses.
