- g of Gar Agar or unromatated gelatin, hydrated in 60 ml of water.
- 400 ml coconut milk.
- 120 ml of water.
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa.
Preparation:
- In a small container, we start our incantation. Hydrate the Agar-Agar or the gelatin unflavoured with 60 ml of water. We mix and let the magic of hydration do their work.
- In a saucepan, mix the 400 ml of coconut milk and add 120 ml of water. At this point, we add unsweetened and integrate cocoa.
- To the previous mixture, add agar-agar or flavorless hydrated gelatin. Mix again to integrate.
- We wear the saucepan on medium heat and, with patience and love, we mix until the preparation begins to boil.
- We remove the mixture from the fire and pour it into a silicone mold, previously grinded so that it is not difficult to remove it from the mould afterwards. We’re fine arranging the surface.
- We put our delicious dessert in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Meanwhile, the magic of freshness will turn our creation into delicious snacks ready to conquer your senses.
