Licorice

Licorice stimulates the body’s defenses to prevent the formation of ulcers. In particular, in the treatment of stomach ulcers, many doctors trust licorice more than other antacids.

Aloe vera

Using:

– Add a spoonful of aloe vera juice to a cup of warm water. Add lemon juice to this mixture and stir well.

– Drinking twice a day will help soothe your stomach from spasms, indigestion, bloating and diarrhea.
